It is my privledge to present to Admiral Atrus the Imperial Navy Cross (NC). This is an extremely high honor, as this award is not given lightly nor without merit. It is an award that only myself or the Head of the Hign Council may bestow. AD Atrus has been extremely helpful in keeping the Navy running smoothly, and I think of him as my right hand. Congratulations, Admiral, and thank you for your loyatly to the VE.
