My teacher once told me in 1st grade that snakes did not eat people after I asked her a question relative to that subject (kind of tells you what I have a horrible fear of, eh?). Anyway, I am very sure now she was trying to belay my fears at the time because my dad told me immediately after I came home from school and talked of the subject that they did.Anyway, below is a picture of what happens if a human falls asleep in South America and a rather hungry python. The reason I am posting this, is up here . . . we constantly have pet pythons escaping and partially consuming people (usually infants or children or their owners somehow). They have never yet, in the history of Alaska, actually consumed a person. Apparently in South America . . . they do.

Its not really that gruesome of a picture, but still . . . you do not see that everday in a National Geographic magazine, eh? Eh, comrades, eh?
