Hey everyone, what did you all get for the holidays? I got Philips R/W CD ROM drive that I am unable to get working so far. Star Trek Starship Command - a very kewl game that allows you to pilot a number of starship(s) - you can rise in rank, recruit officers, etc. I can see myself playing this a lot. You can be one of five star trek races and right now I choose Klingon! lol I also got some sort of Klingon - Doom - like game. Although the game is kewl I hate how hard it is to get my new joystick to work with it. I also got a Microsoft Joystick with force feedback. It came with Mechwarrior 3 which is a very kewl game too. I like how you can actually feel your mech walking. I can't wait to find my other games like JK, XWA, etc and see how they are with it. AOE2 - Now this game is really kewl. It is a lot better than it's predecessor. I got a few other things too but those are my favorites. If I can get my stupid R/W CD Rom drive to work I will be a happy man. I might have to trade it in for a better quality one. If anyone knows anything about these types of drives please let me know. ------------------ IP: 208.192.60.20 |

clothes, CD r/w (on the wya, they were out ) hmm.. no computer games, that is what the burner is for i let sess and Athran get the games, so i can get them for free, and let them have some, other than that it is a slow christmas but i did get some 10" star wars collectable figures ! to add to my shrine. granny is good to me. i also got the SW Monopoly (Episode 1 version) and first game my aunt (first time) dominated the game. second game, my sister, who doesn't know the difference between a wookiee and the death star dominated... i am upset. hmmm.. but i didn't get what i WANTED IP: 208.129.162.13 |

Mission 5 is the one where you have to destroy the fleet that bombarded your homeworld. I just found out they modify the difficulty level by the amount of ships you have - right after I redid the first 4 missions salvaging everything left and right - now I have an extra 4 ion cannon frigates and 3 assault frigates - and the fleet coming at me is huge. 4 waves of 4 assault frigates, 2 ion cannon frigates, 2 entire x formations of fighters (probably like 50 fighters), and 2 destroyers is all I've seen so far... All I have is 4 ion cannon frigates, 8 salvage corvettes, 4 assault frigates, 5 heavy corvettes, 36 interceptors, and 10 scouts... well and 2 resource collectors and one controller... ------------------ IP: 216.68.44.2 |

I didn't have much difficulty with that mission.. well at least not the second time I flew it Try something like this.... hold your ships back... and let them come slowly to you... in the meantime harvest as many resorces as possible and build only ion cannon frigates.... the other frigates are useless compared to te ions... When they attack you use your fighters on theirs, and concentrate your cap ship fire on a single ship until it's destroyed, then on the second etc... try to invest as little as possible in anything below frigates... as they are all easily destroyed and just vaste your resources... You will however need the fighters and corvettes in the ghost ship mission IP: 195.29.253.7 |
