By order of Council Sec, 1st Lieutenant Scavenger, commander of Avenger Squadron, is formally discharged from the Vast Empire for his actions in #Vast_Empire on the night of July 28th, 2000.

He is no longer apart of the Vast Empire.

All I can say is good riddance to bad rubbish, mainly because of the fact that I had to deal with his crap throughout my time in the EH, and can tell you what he is like. Good job, Spartski.
