General Crysus is hereby promoted to High General.

Reason for this promotion is simple.

1) His competition is running smoothly
2) His High Command has established a very successful training program.
3) Website is kept up to date.
4) His High Command has increased activity in the Army by more than 10 percent in a one month time frame.

With this promotion comes additional responsibility and the privaledge to promote any Army member to the rank of General (with my approval). Basically what this means is that if HG Crysus thinks that someone deserves a promotion to General. He will recommend that person to me (in detail) and I will either approve or dissaprove. Upon approval HG Crysus will announce the promotion on his own.

In order for HG Crysus to receive another promotion he must surpass his current success. Example, increase activity by more than 20% (as of today), increase membership in the Army by 50% (as of today), and keep everything he is currently doing up to date. This is a very difficult task but it can be achieved.
