Greetings members of the Vast Empire. Well it has taken me WAY to long to develop a High Council manual. I make my division leaders develop a manual so its now time for me to follow in their footsteps. I would like to announce one of the first sections of this manual right now though. This section was actually a suggestion by Vice Admiral Donitz from the VE Navy. Right now nobody holds these titles but I can assure you that I will be giving these titles out at our Anniversary Celebration and afterwards on this message board. Now keep in mind that these titles will mostly be given to those people who were transferred to the VE Reserves or the honored Retirees but I can (and will) issue a title or two to an active VE member.

The Vast Empire spans many systems and worlds. Each system and occupied planet had it�s own form of government before the Vast Empire came. The chaos that reigned in each system has systematically been wiped out. In it�s place a form of Imperial Monarchy was established by the High Council for the Vast Empire. There are no Kings, Queens, or Emperors; that title is reserved solely for the Head of the High Council if he is deemed worthy by his peers ( Majority vote by the VE High Council) to hold that title. However, the many systems in the Vast Empire have to be governed by someone. Field Marshal Majere (current Head of the High Council) current manages each system by himself. This form of �micro-management� is going away with the establishment of these titles. Each title will represent a certain job description pertaining to a system, world, or even sector. They will in turn represent the system, world, or sectors they are in charge of to the Head of the High Council when deemed appropriate. When asked they will report on what is going on within their field of responsibility and they will also be charged with protecting their sector, world, or system to the death. They will make sure that their citizens have everything they need in order to succeed.

Note: All of these titles can be assigned to a Sector, System, or a planet/world. Only the Head of the High Council may approve such a title to be given to someone in the Vast Empire. However, a recommendation can be made by anyone in the High Council.

PRINCE/PRINCESS: A Prince/Princess is a title given to someone who has proven their leadership abilities. This title is given to someone who knows how to lead and govern people. They depend on their peers (Duke, Earl, etc) to assist them in governing their respective assignments. Only 1 prince/princess can be assigned to a Sector, System, or planet.
DUKE/DUCHESS: This title is given to someone who has proven themselves to be extremely active. This person continues to participate in 90% of all VE functions.
EARL: This title is given to someone who has proven their loyalty to the Vast Empire. This person may have been confronted with many challenges in their VE career to date but they have chosen to remain loyal to the Vast Empire.
BARON/BARONESS: This title is given to the person who has done a tremendous amount of work for the Vast Empire. Whether it be making missions, webpages, manuals, etc this person excells at his/her hard work.
COUNT/COUNTESS: This is a title given to someone who is the absolute best in a specific game platform. They are not only considred unbeatable but also people even run away or back down to their challenges.
KNIGHT: This title is given to the best players in a particular game platform.
VICEROY: This is a title given to someone who excels at writing fiction.

Hmm. Well, (this is just my opinion), but wouldnt Baron be better as the unbeatable? Because Baron Sootnir Fel was like the Empire Ace in space combat... so maybe we could have Baron Rivian Von Donitz? :P

Maybe have like Count/Countess for story writers, since stories do come under gaming platform in a way.
