�High Council meeting has now started,� ordered Majere
�I would just like to say that the upcoming anniversary has to be the best ever,� he mumbled. �We have to get the troopers ready for the upcoming campaign that is about to start, and this is exactly the way to do it. With the scheduled competitions in the army and navy, the members will be at their best entering into the campaign I have planned. I have to discuss some things with Kadann and then the rest of you will be told of the campaign. For now you should all be thinking of your speeches for the anniversary. I want inspirational speeches that will raise moral and inspire the members to go to the extreme in the competitions,� Majere concluded.
�Any news from the Army and Navy divisions?� asked Majere.
�Yes sir,� jumped up Sesswanna from his chair as Niksavel sat back down and glared at Sesswanna.
�The army is planning to�.
And that is all from the Army division,� concluded Sesswanna.
�Niksavel do you have anything to say about the navy?� asked Majere.
�Yes sir. The navy has recently been uncovering some spy technology in the ships. We haven�t been able to decide if it is an inside job or an outside faction. I have my best people working on it and we should have the problem resolved shortly,� said Niksavel.
�WHAT?� shouted Majere. �How the hell did this happen? We can�t have a spy in our midst now! This will hurt the anniversary to much, and the upcoming campaign!� He concluded.
�Sir, I have my best people working on it,� pleaded Niksavel.
�I want this resolved ASAP! I don�t care what it takes, just get it done!� Said Majere obviously bothered about what this could mean for the Vast Empire.
�Make sure this is kept quiet! If the spy is internal we don�t want this getting out, that could startle him/her. Keep me up to date on the investigation and get it done before the anniversary!� concluded Majere.
�Yes sir, I will personally take care of this situation,� replied Niksavel.
In the side of his eye he clearly saw Sesswanna laughing under his breathe about him having to take his time and personally over see the investigation.

�What the hell!� shouted Niksavel in his office.
�How can he expect me to maintain the Navy and look for this problem?! I have to many other duties to do!� he shouted relieving some stress.
As Scarecrow walked in the door he gave Niksavel a folder with the word classified on it.
�Sir, what do you suggest we do?� asked Scarecrow.
�So the only ships that the device has been found on is my personal ship, the Devastator, and a couple fighters?� asked Niksavel.
�Yes sir,� replied Scarecrow.
�Check all the personal that would have access to the Devastator and my ship. That should narrow down some of the numbers. I hope this isn�t an inside job. Would be a lot of weight off of my shoulders if it were an outside job,� Niksavel mumbled.

�All right I want an X formation,� shouted Athran.
Alpha Squadron formed an X around Commander Athran.
�When they are within range open fire!� shouted Athran to the squad.
�Yes sir,� replied the squad in unison.
�Guys, you take out the other fighters, Athran is mine!� Said Commander Jackal
�I want a V formation around my ship,� said Jackal.
�Yes sir,� replied the squad in unison.
The two squads neared and simultaneously opened ion cannon fire upon each other. Instantly two fighters from Alpha squadron were down and one from Jackal�s squad was down.
�HAHA, eat that Athran!� shouted Jackal.
Athran closed in behind Jackal�s fighter and fired a 4 ion cannon shots but Jackal dove down and he hit a flight leader�s ship disabling it.
�Ya baby, that was sweet action! I missed Jackal and still took out one of his squads� ships,� shouted Athran.
Jackal closed in behind Athran who was chasing down a ship. Jackal grinned and tightened his grip on the trigger and fired a shot. To far left, but hit an already down ship. He got him in his sight again and pulled the trigger, two shots hit Athran. His ship almost disabled lost the ion cannons.
�Darn it!� shouted Athran.
As Jackal passed in front of him showing off he was hit two times by Private Tisme.
�Engines at 10%,� Jackal said to himself.
A voice came over the two squads com links. �Guys you are to report back to your ships immediately.� Said a deck officer.
�You were lucky today Jackal, but next time you�ll get what�s coming to ya!� Athran shouted.
�Sure, sure we�ll see what�s coming,� said Jackal mocking Athran.

�All squadron commanders report to Schnapps on the bridge immediately,� said a voice over the intercom system.
�Great, what does she want now? All she ever does is complain, complain, complain!� Athran said to himself.
�I just wanted to congratulate you guys on what a good job you all did getting your weekly reports in to me on time. I�m very impressed,� said Schnapps.
�Now if anyone needs me I�ll be in my quarters,� she said.
Schnapps walked into her quarters and flipped on a light. She automatically flipped on the imperial news and headed for her bathroom to take a shower. As she went in she sensed another being in her room with her. She turned around only to see a dark figure with a cape on and a kick to her face, knocking her unconscious.
