Heya guys! If you are reading this it either means you are interested in Kaph Squadron, or you are the remaining pilots after the devastating blow that wiped out our other pilots. I have a lot to do and not a lot of time to talk about it so lets get started!

Pilots:
Flight One
Sector Admiral Majere: Active - various duties
Leading Crewman Malik: Active - no duties so far
Leading Crewman Soontir Fel: Active - no duties so far
Leading Crewman Roundy: Active - no duties so far

Position Available: Flight Leader Two, Flight Leader Three, 6 Flight Members in flights Two and Three

If you would like any of those positions please make your application to me. I need to know why you want this position and what you are going to do once you get the position. Priority goes out to the Active Kaph Squadron Members but these positions are open to anyone who wants in our squadron.

Training: So far everyone that is in Kaph Squadron is in training. If you want to get rid of those stupid Crewman ranks - PASS TRAINING! Training is a simple task that can easily be completed in a few days. If you have problems getting your test results let me know. I am unique in that I can force our glorious Training Officer to hurry up and grade the results .

Awards and Promotions: None - I LOVE making awards and promotions. As a matter of fact I may end up making a suggestion to our leaders in allowing the Squadron Commanders to announce the awards and promotions for our members first. If you want an award and promotion it is also very easy.

1) Complete training for promotions
2) Complete your orders for awards that lead to promotions
3) Compete in the VE Campaign(s) for awards that lead to promotions
4) Develop a mission/battle for your primary game platform (special bonus if you include your squadron in the mission along with pilot names, special sounds, etc)
5) Submit graphics, stories, etc etc.

Simply replying to an e-mail every now and again is simply boring, insulting to me, and down right dumb. You joined the Vast Empire to have some FUN!

SQUADRON ORDERS!
1) I will be getting a basic website up and going tomorrow. After that I will be making it look nicer with other various things. Even with a basic website we should kick butt over just about ALL of the other squadrons out there. Afterall...we are..THE BEST!
2) Your orders are to reply to this message and tell me what your Primary Game Platform is. Is it XWA, XvT, or Tie Fighter? I need to know this so I can assign all of you to your proper flights. I plan to have everyone assigned to specific flights based on what game you primarily play. Eventually the best and most active flight member will get the Flight Leader position in their respective flight. Flight Leaders are mini-squadron commanders so keep in mind that I will be giving you some leadership training of my own. You will be responsible for 3 other Flight Members.
3) Final Order - We are DIRECTLY named in Campaign 5a (Training) on the message board. I would like ALL of you to go there and add on to this run-on story. Basically Flight One (all of us) is against flights two and three (tie fighter droids). So go there, read, post, be rewarded!

Well that is it for now. You are all expected to reply to this e-mail so that I know you are alive and kicking. Once I get a simple website up we will work on proving to the rest of the Vast Empire that we are the best squadron in the Vast Empire's Navy, and that the Navy is the best division in the Vast Empire! We will do this through mission development, campaign plotline participation, along with other various things.
