1: I expect my Adjutant to be able to do at least TIE and XvT editing with XWA as a bonus.

2: When I am on leave I expect my Adjutant to be able to be able to complete previosly assigned duties as well as make note of any new project requests to pass to myself later.

3: I would like for my Adjutant to be able to have a little fun with his job so I expect him or her to let me know when I am being a slave driver.

4: As a mission maker you have a great deal of say so in what happens to the VE as a whole, not just the VEN.

5: For those that have herd me call myself the Kahn of Mission making keep in mind that the SaKahn, which I may refer to my adjutant by, gets more credit and glory for thier work.

6: Without mission makers the games get old after a while. So those few of us who have the skill can probably safely claim to be the unsung heroes of the org with the pilots and grunts being the most important, because without them we wouldn't have a job.

7: Well That should cover it. I would like to have an Adjutant before I have to go on leave starting Nov. 22nd until my return(family trip for Thanksgiving, can't remember date of return flight.).
