Um, I have a couples questions...
1)Who all do I send report to?
2)According to roster I don't have any pilots in my squadron so what excactly am I supposed to report about?

You send reports to your ship commander and to Atrus.

And also, I submitted a new nick for the navy (pending what Majere said about being in the Army and Navy divisions) but it hasn't been updated to the roster, and I haven't gotten a bank account for it yet.
