Beginning the week of 1/30, we will be having weekly check-ins with all squadrons and ships. I need to have the reports into the FA each Sunday, so the check-ins will be placed on a schedule. Here is a summary of how the flow will progress. All flight members will check into their SC's by Wednesday with their status (on leave, present, etc) and anything new they have done or accompished. The SC's will take those reports, adding anything the squadron has done that week, and send it to the Ship Captains by Friday. The Captains will in turn add their information and pass the completed reports to me by Saturday. Below, I have listed what is required from each section. Flight Members and Leaders: Once a week, by Wednesday, check in with your Squadron Commanders: Collect the reports from each of your members each week. I say we start a competition. Just to get the navy doing something. We haven't had a good friendly intersquadron or Devastator vs. any ship willing to challenge :P, competition in a while. Just a suggestion though. Or is there a campaign in the making?

Fine by me. It might be a good idea to have each squadron create a mission every week or two and have all of the squads compete with one another. It could be scored first by squads, then by ships. This would get the individual squads more involved as well. Do I have any volunteers for the first mission? AD Scarecrow

If the SCCOM is up for runnig it, I can only encourage the Dev vs the Crus ship competition. Just to make things more fair, the Naval High COmmand will fight for the Crusader, since it's undermanned. On the other side, I am negotiating with High Admiral Shale of the UGR NR for another round of war with them. IP: 195.29.237.5 |

I have XwA, and XvT now.. i just need cracks :P But i suck at the games, and I have no clue what squadron i am in, the last i heard, i was in Blizzard, but i haven't recieved an e-mail from any squadron commaders since i first joined and Scarecrow was my wingman, and Niska was the squadron commander :P (lol) so please set me up in a Squadron, or make me a Squadron Commander and i will make a page and all for it... i just wanna kill some people. ------------------ IP: 208.129.162.12 |

VA Sesswanna is in charge of updating the roster. I will contact the individual SC's to see what is happening in their squads. Also, we are starting the new check-in procedure this week, so you all should be hearing from your Squadron Commanders soon. Athran, start making a mission of your choice. Do XvT and XWA if you can, then send it to me for testing. We'll then distribute it to the fleet and have our first inner competition. Rules will follow. 2. Jacks, Sandskimmer is a girl 3. Go for it folk.. if there will be some decent activity in the Dev vs Crus comp, I will be giving out some major awards.. both to the winners, the most actives and to the organizators. Atrus, if you will finish up the mission you have almost completed, we will use that for the first competition. We'll have a Dev vs Crusader comp, then within that, the best squadron on each ship will get to be the "Captain's Own". Also, the highest scoring squadron overall will get to fly my banner on their fighters. Send me the completed mission as soon as you can finish it and we'll go from there. Also, let me know if you hear from either SC, I should be cc'ed on anythign you send to them. Schnapps, try and contact your SC's as well so we know they all still exist.
