Some updates concerning the Navy.

Welcome Vice Admiral Black Hawk ([email protected]). Blackhawk will be joining us as our Naval Intelligence Officer and will be an op on the IRC channel as he knows how to run a tight empire.

Captain Dharus will be taking over the Flight Officer duties and is hereby promoted to Rear Admiral (Lower Half). Vice Admiral NiksaVel will be making the final amendments to the roster before passing the torch. Also, the game platform inquiry will now be handled by Dharus. In addition, Rear Admiral Dharus, now with the help of Commander Blackbird and Admiral Crimedog, will begin work on the Fleet Uniforms in the near future.

Commander Cardiac will be transferring to the Elite Guard as Warrant Officer and will dedicate his time to the development of XWA for the fleet. Until a suitable replacement is found, he will remain as the Devastator Wing Commander.

Vice Admiral NiksaVel will be stepping down from Commander of the Corps. This position is open for anyone with skills in leadership, graphics, HTML, etc. All applicants apply to [email protected]

I am still currently working on the Command Officer's Guide and Navy Officer's Guide (CMDRs-FLCOMs). This guides will provide reference on how things will be ran to improve efficiency and leadership. The Naval Pilot Handbook has been updated to version 1.10 but further updates are due so it will not be posted for download until this Friday.

Dharus, please ensure that all Commanders have received this Dossier so they can forward it to their members. Also send out the roster when it has been updated.
