No, not neccessarily. The VENEC was originally imagined as a Navy division for persons wishing to be a part of the club, but without any of the supported game platforms. However, as it proved to be an exellent way of organizing active people into producing valuable results, by working TOGETHER, everybody who is willing to make him/herself awailable for orders should join.
