Well with the last CoD not working out as I planned, I've found someone I know has the skill, experience, and commitment to hold the Commander of Development position and to be a Army High Command Officer. I'd like to welcome High General Sesswanna back to the Army. He will be reinstated at his old rank and I'm glad to have him back.
