Greetings troops!

A lot of things have happened since my last report. And a lot of changes have been made. First off I'd like to welcome Zsinj to the high command as Commander of Development, congrats! We are still taking applications for Tactical Officer, if you're interested please e-mail an applications to the High Commander's.

You are all aware of the AWOL check that is going on right now. If you haven't yet, please e-mail me and tell me you are active at [email protected] so that I know your active and are able to participate in the chapter 6 run-on. You have until February 25th to get those in.

Things are going well as far as activity is concerned, now that chapter 6 has started. I am very pleased with the amount of effort you have done so far with the story, keep it up! There's still a lot of work that can happen with the story so start posting if you haven't yet.

I would also like to promote PFC Seth Ixesis to the rank of Corporal, for his activity on mIRC and his involvement so far with chapter 6. Congratulations Corporal Seth Ixesis! For being a new recruit, he has shown a lot of activity. Keep up the good work!

In the last week or so, we have received a lot of new recruits. Many of which have graduated and I placed into squads. So I would like to welcome PFC Demi Wraith, CPL Seth Ixesis, and PFC Viper to Wildcard Platoon. I hope your stay in the Vast Empire is an enjoyable one! Good luck and say active

A lot of you guys have been out recruiting lately, and have been very successful. Keep up the good work! The current recruitment awards are at www.vastempire.com/army/armyrecruitmentawards.htm I'd mentioned awhile back that I wanted to do a recruitment competition, but I know how you guys don't like them so I'm not going to do one right now. However, I am going to do something to encourage you to get out there and recruit. From right now, for every recruit you guys bring in you will be paid 1000 ICs. And after that recruit graduates from his or her training and is ACTIVE for 2 months your received an extra 5000 ICs!!! So get out there and recruit!

I would like to remind all Squad Leaders that their reports are due EVERY two weeks, for about two months all I have received is one report. Please try to get those in as soon as possible.

We are still not getting very many people at the Outer Rim War on Saturdays. Please give it your best effort to come and play a few games, you do get rewarded for it!
