Prefect of the Army (HCA-1) - The final authority in the Vast Empire Army, and the top of the pyramid in the Army's command structure. Decisions made by him on matters in the Imperial Army are final, unless revoked by the High Council. The Prefect of the Army is the only officer in the Army who may approve and post Command Staff appointments above Colonel and rank promotions of High Colonel and above. All subjects concerning the Vast Empire must be approved by the Prefect prior to release to the rest of the Army. The position pay is 500,000 Imperial credits.

Executive Officer (HCA-2) - The duties of the Executive Officer are wide and ranging. Contributing new ideas and working to improve existing structures are a never-ending task of the Executive Officer. The Executive Officer must also carry the responsibility of assuming command of the Vast Empire Army in the absence of the Prefect. All requests for Army awards, medals, and commendations should be directed to the Executive Officer via the facilities he/she provides to the members of the Army. The Executive Officer is answerable only to the Prefect and the High Council. The position pay is 125,000 Imperial credits.

Commander of Personnel (HCA-3) - Maintains the roster. Duties also include; After new recruits have finished their Army Academy training, assign them a position on the roster. All promotions/demotions/transfers/etc. notifications must be CC:'d to him/her. The Commander of Personnel is also responsible of keeping track of Vast Empire Army mIRC meetings logs, and keeping all medal/award records. All bank accounts are to be maintained by him/her or an assistant. In the absence of the XO and the Prefect, the CoP is in command of the Army. The position pay is 110,000 Imperial credits.

Commander of Development (HCA-4) - Develops and maintains the Army webpage. He/she also assists in the creation of Army Campaigns or Competitions. He/she may have two or three assistants to assist in the creation of an Army website. He/she is fourth in command of the Vast Empire Army, and is looked upon with respect. The position pay is 100,000 Imperial credits.

Commander of Training (HCA-5) - Is in charge of the Vast Empire Army Academy, maintains the website of the latter, and its various training programs. He/she is also in charge of greeting the new recruits and introducing them to the way things operate. The position pay is 100,000 Imperial credits.

Tactical Officer (HCA-6) - Manages the garrisons, outposts, and bases of the Stormtrooper Corps. He/she analyzes planetary and system weaknesses and places the troops accordingly to better secure the systems. He/she also keeps track of the equipment used by the Vast Empire Army. He/she evaluates squads, platoons, companies, etc, to increase overall activity and issues citations for equipment upgrades if warranted. He/she makes the final call, besides the Prefect, on what happens in the Lower Army Positions. The position pay is 100,000 Imperial credits
