Well... my personal favorite combo would be Dreamweaver, Notepad, and Adobe Photoshop with all my favorite plug ins

Though, excluding image editor I agree with Zsinj 100%. Dreamweaver and Notepad. Though most the time I just use dreamweavers HTML window.

The main reason dreamweaver rules is cause it cuts time in half. Don't have to tediously type out all the image code, and it automatically inserts all of the Flash coding that is needed, same for shockwave and all that good stuff. Gotta love it
