Hi Horn! I am First-Class Private Cosmic! I've just joined to but I know where to go...You must go to the main VE page and click Stormtrooper Corps for the Army...Naval Headquarters for XvT/XWA/Rebellion. Also, download the chat function mIRC...it's a real help!

you need to go to
www.mirc.com
and download that program.
then connect to the irc.nassery.org server
then join the #Vast_Empire channel.
