First off I would like to appaulogize for my lack of reports being issued out to you in the past few weeks. I try my best to get out a lengthy report on all that is happening in the Army so that you can better keep yourselves up-to-date, but I have been bogged down with work and all kinds of other interesting things. Once again, sorry about that. The 'Prefect's Report' as I like to call it (I don't know why that is, I just had to name all my reports) is my way of making sure that you all know what is going on. I like to think of the Stormtrooper Corps as, *thinks before saying this*, a big family, garsh... I think I am gonna cry... But in reality we are. And we need to keep up on the 'gossip' and 'trashtalk' that comes with every family. As a division in the Vast Empire we need to talk longer strives to bind ourselves together and create unity between ourselves. I know this is hard to do, we are all so different (especially a few of you), and we all have different views on important things. But a familiar saying comes to mind "A house divided cannot stand..." -Jesus.

I am pleased at the activity the Corps has been showing in the past few weeks. Everyone seems to be getting along fine, and activity is forming even when it isn't asked for. I applaud you all for your hard work and willingness to support the Vast Empire.

It is important that the new trainees and Recruits get through the Academy and into active service. Please do your best to remind these people to get this done, don't let one slip away! Well, it is always good to do the bad, first. Ok, so I just typed an oxymoron, so-shoot-me. The bad news is, Spartacus, Flask, Wang Foo, Sparks, and Scivola are unable to complete the Stormtrooper Corps website. This project was under heavy construction for quite some time and I know it cause some difficulty for some of you, and I appaulogize for that. The project would still be going good, but there are major problems that have to be worked out, and I found it best to look elsewhere for a site builder.

The good news is, we just received a recruit by the name of Rizzy. He is a very well accomplished young man, doing many wonderful sites and graphics. He is more than qualified to complete this task and I look forward to seeing just what he comes up with. This site will most likely be done with dhtml and flash 4 productions, which is something that has yet to be done for the Stormtrooper Corps. The Campaign (Still unnamed until story release) is still in production. I know this idea seemed to fade out in the past weeks but I assure you that it is in full gear. The time we have spent on it was much more than planned, and I appaulogize for the inconvenience of that. I know that you are all eager to get into a Campaign to prove who is best, and which squads are best, and I am anxious to find out as well. The plot has been made and the story is being written. Once everything has been reviewed and finalized it will be sent to everyone on the [email protected] (you!) so that you can look over all the information before the Campaign starts. This campaign should last a total of 3 weeks. At the most it will go for 4 weeks, but that would be pushing it straight into when schools start back up again, and that would drop activity for the VE vrs. HF competition that will be starting shorly after the Campaign.

The competition between the Vast Empire Stormtrooper Corps and the Emperor's Hammer's Hammer's Fist (lotta 's) is approved. It will begin shortly after the completion of our Campaign. I will allow a little time for recouperation before we start against them, but then I would like to see a overwhelming effort put out by every member of the VESC. I won't lie to you, this is our chance to show the Star Wars community who we are, and that we are here for good. The HF is a well respected club that has been around for a good amount of time, yet I have no doubts that we will beat them, I would just like it to look as clean and organized as possible. There will be images made for this competition such as:
-Trophy Picture - most likey a rendering done for bragging rights.
-Medals and Awards - Presented to all that compete
-Specialized Medals and Awards - Presented to all that go well above and beyond required activity.
If we win this, you will have the right to say that you took part in defeating the Army of the EH. We will be putting up the Trophy pic in different places, all of this aimed at gaining more recruits. If we win this the bragging will not be looked down upon by anyone in the VE. You will be encouraged to shout it out and get the word out about it. So keep this in mind, and prepare yourself for the task ahead of each of us.

Please remember to send in your weekly reports. This is crucial for the army. We need to know the status of your men, and your status as well. Please try to get these in so that we can better run the army and make it more enjoyable for you!

-2nd Lietenant Craff Lennox is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain for his work priar to the Campaign work. That was a delayed promotion that should have happened sooner. For his considerable work in the planning of the Campaign he is promoted to Major Craff Lennox. (Two promotions, yes, I can count. Remember, one was delayed.) Congratulations Craff!

-Corporal Talon is hereby promoted to the rank of Sergean due to his activity and and helpful nature as a stormtrooper. Congratulations Talon!

-Sergeant Double_Agent is hereby promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant due to his constant activity on the ComNet as well as his all-around presence in the Vast Empire. He has also been givin command of Squad 4. He will be receiving the fresh troops and I am eager to see how he does with the job. Congratulations Double_Agent! *Get a Squad Page up soon!*

-Sergeant Stormtrooper 1026 is hereby promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant due to his capability to run a squad and his effort to do so quickly and effeciently. Congratulations Stormtrooper!

-Corporal Japer, sadly, will be leaving squad 3. He will be mocing on to command Squad 2. With this transfer he has been promoted to Sergeant. Congratulations Japer! *Get a Squad Page up soon!*

-1st Lieutenant Trigit is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain due to his activty and for his appointment as Commander of Delta Detachment. Congratulations Trigit!

-2nd Lieutenant TJ is hereby promoted to the rank of 1st Lieutenant due to his constant activity and encouraging remarks. He is always willing to do anything you ask of him and he should be thanked much more than he is. Congratulations TJ!

-1st Lieutenant Roach has been demoted to 2nd Lietenant due to his lack of activity and failure to get a squad page up in months, as well as failure to send a single report. He has been releaved of his command of Squad 3.

-Lieutenant General Sithspawn has been awarded The Cross of Distinguished Service (CDS) - Recipients of this medal are courageous soldiers who have helped the fleet in numerous inventive ways, and who are the role models of the Vast Empire Army. Sithspawn is allowed to add {CDS} to the end of his ID line to show that he has been awarded this medal. Congratulations Syths!

-1st Lieutenant Kurtz has been awarded The Emperor's Shield (ES) [2nd Class] - The standard excellence award of the Vast Empire Stormtrooper Corps, it may be bestowed for any outstanding service. This award has two classes; 1st Class, 2nd Class. The first is higher than the second. He has been awarded this for his activity in getting everyone "talking" and "discussing" things on mIRC. Kurtz is allowed to add {ES:2nd} to his ID line to show that he has been awareded this meadl. Congratulations Kurtz!
