Troopers and Officers alike, I complement you on your activity.
Things are going great, as you can all see.
Members ranks are rising, positions are being gained, indeed, things are going great.
But let us not get ahead of ourselves, there is work to be done.

But first, a few updates.

Stormtrooper Corps website:
This has been delayed for reasons that we could not control, but it is still worth the wait.
Some things that will be included on the new site are:

New Streaming Real Audio Music possibly from films such as Star Wars: Episode 1, Gladiator, and The Rock.
Frames for a more comfortable user interface.
Several small java and shockwave applications.
Half a dozen new subpages including a Humor page (where troopers may send custom humorous submissions to keep the morale up), a movie review webpage (where even non-club members may post movie reviews), new message board forums, and several office pages.
A special newscaster so all high-ranking Vast Empire Army members pay post news for others to read.

Stormtrooper Academy:

There will be many more test for you to take, and more chances for you to prove you loyalty by taking them. There will be a somewhat new �system� of promotion. Don�t worry, we aren�t changing much. There will be a full report on this at a later date. The main thing being, it will be more realistic. There will also be some website modifications.

Online Roster: I talked with HG Sesswanna earlier, and he said he is updating it. Expect it soon.

Army Manual: I plan on going through the whole manual and adjusting it to our current times. I am going to add a few more medals as well (around 10 lol). This will take time to do, so don�t expect it too soon.

Medals: Soon we will have images made for our medals, and you will be able to get them for your webpages or anything else you might want them for. There will also be around 10 more medals added.

Squad leaders:

I need those pages done soon. The squads are to have a new page, and every Squad Leader will have to have html skills. These are available to get at the Stormtrooper Academy when it reopens. I need those AWOL checks in as well.

Everyone: As MG Athran stressed in an e-mail earlier this week, he would like to see some more reports coming in. If you have no squad leader, report to Athran directly. If you have a squad leader, report to them, and they will make a full report to Athran. I know each of you can take 2 mins to write a short report.

Competitions:

Don�t worry, we will be starting another one soon. We are trying to come up with good ideas to make it a very fun competition for all of us.

As for the idea of warring with other clubs, this will come at a later time, for now, prove to me that you wouldn�t let the Vast Empire down in a war by being active and being active in our next competition. Those that competed in the last one are glad they did, a lot of them received promotions and awards. The same will happen for the next one.

Promotions/Medals:

2nd Lieutenant Craff Lennox- Received the position: Assistant to the Prefect. Congrats!
He has also received:
Cross of Distinguished Service (CDS) - Recipients of this medal are courageous soldiers who have helped the fleet in numerous inventive ways, and who are the role models of the Vast Empire Army.
He may now add {CDS} to the end of his ID line. Congrats! Craff Lennox.

1st Lieutenant Trigit- For his activity and help in the Stormtrooper Academy as well as his recruiting work�
Trigit has received:
Emperor's Shield (ES) [1st Class] - The standard excellence award of the Vast Empire Stormtrooper Corps, it may be bestowed for any outstanding service. This award has two classes; 1st Class, 2nd Class. The first is higher than the second.
He may now add {ES} to the end of his ID line. Congrats! Trigit.
