~Vast Empire Army~
Greetings members of the Vast Empire�s Stormtroopers Corps,

First off, I salute you all. Your work in the past few weeks has made me very happy. It has inspired many people in the Vast Empire to be more active, along with myself, and you are all to be awarded for that. Yet, this is an army, and we don�t throw door prizes out to everyone at a time. First you must prove yourself individually, and this is how we are going to do that.

The Army High Council (HCA) will be meeting on a date that I will later provide to them, we will discuss every single member of the Stormtroopers Corps. What we are looking for is the backbone positions of the army to be filled� the squad commander positions. This position may not look like much to troopers like you, and you might look up to some with higher positions, and that is fine, but let me tell you this� the position I look upon with the most respect and the most favor is the squad leader position.

With the new recruits seemingly pouring in from all angles, we have need to open more and more squads and put them back to operational status. This is something I have been wanting to do for quite some time. If this is to happen I will need the full cooperation of the HCA and the regular troopers such as yourselves. Once this is done, and the squads are full of active members, I assure you that the army will be more fun than it ever has been. We are talking, squad competitions, large multiplayer gaming competitions, squad chain-writing competitons�. The list can go on and on, and I will be taking suggestions from you as well on what you want to do. The point here is, that if you have a full squad behind you, you simply have more fun, when you post a story, it gets replied to by the guy you sit next to as you go down to battle. The limits are endless.

Now, I know some of you are thinking very pessimistically about this, and I understand that. Some of you have never seen above 3 squads full at one time. I however, have. The problem is keeping them that way. I also have plans for keeping the squads full and active, and I know some other people do as well. The objective right now, though, is to get the squads full. Recently two squad leaders were chosen for their activity, and they are building new websites for their squads, all of which should be done soon. When another squad leader is chosen, he/she will begin to build a site for his squad as well. I am hoping that the army will bind together on this venture and that we can make this happen.
