Under orders by Field Marshal Majere we will be begining a new competition for the Army.

After consulting with my XO, Major General Athran, we have come up with the following things.

There will be two separate tournaments going on at one time.
Members are encouraged to take part in both if possible, but are ordered to take part in at least one.

The first:
A series of multiplayer games to be played using the battleboard. (http://www.vastempire.com/Lounge/bb.html)
The games that will be included in this are as follows:
-Dark Forces II- Jedi Knight
-Mysteries of the Sith (Jedi Knight expansion pack)
-Force Commander (consult Sesswanna for joining the V.E.S.A.D. [email protected])
-Starcraft
-Rebellion

The participants must decided everything before the match. Submissions are to be made through the battleboard, and the results will be monitored. There will be awards givin out to the winners and those that take part.

The second:
This competition is for those members that think they have what it takes to be a squad leader. Major General Athran has not been getting reports from any of his squad leaders, this disappoints him, as well as myself. This is one of the, if not the most important position in the Army. I know that there are some of you out there that are just waiting for your chance to succeed. This is it! do not let this pass by if you are willing to do the job. All current squad leaders are relieved of their duties. If you want your squads back I suggest you take part in this, even though you have neglected to take part in something as simple as writing reports.

This competition will include and test the following things:
-The ability to write a good report.
-Squad Webpage and design
-Mission making
-Recruiting abilities

You will not be required to do all of these things, but if you wish to do so, it will lean heavily towards the decisions.

For anyone wondering what we are going to do with the squads since they don't have a commander. Well I will be taking care of that with the help of the Platoon commander. If anyone has any questions, as Crysus stated above, we will be glad to answer them.
