Right now in the army we are having some trouble getting GOOD squad leaders. There are only a couple that keep up their weekly tasks and stay active. The army needs some active, willing, and loyal people to step forth and show their leadership skills. If you are interested in becoming a squad leader here are a few things you should be able to do. 1)Make a webpage for your squad These are some of the things you would have to do if you want to apply for a position. If you are interested and think you can meet and exceed the above listed criteria and more. Email me at ([email protected]) ---------------------- IP: 208.129.162.14 |

As well as this, once you are a Squad Leader, and show that you have the skills and loyalty needed, you will considered for higher positions. I have recently given control of Force Commander to High General Sesswanna, and he has chosen Fiveof4 to assist him. With this being open it might allow for some promotions. For now, concentrate your efforts on the VE Campaign. If you send an application to Athran to be a Squad Leader, please CC it to me as well. ------------------ IP: 63.27.198.9 |

No, I will be sending out an e-mail very soon to all members of the army stating some changes that will be happening. Nothing huge, but it should help us get back on our feet. I did a little roster touch up, and I will send it to Athran so that he can put any new recruits he has on it and it will be sent out with my next report, until then, you just have to wait... and wonder if you still have your squad.. (are you active? then you still have your squad ) ------------------ IP: 63.27.198.25 |

Well i still have my Squad then, but one question. Now that Athran has been promoted(congrats), who will take his place?? I need to know so i can make me weekly report to him/her. Unless Athran still wants them. ------------------ IP: 24.27.126.13 |

Athran is still the Regiment Commander, but is also the Commander of Personel. But, since I just took the position of Platoon Commander, you (and all Squad leaders) are to write your reports to me (early in the week--Monday or Tuesday, cced to Athran, Crysus, Majere, Kadann, and Viper, of course), so that I may include your reports in my report to Athran. Any questions just ask me in an email. ([email protected]) ----------------------- IP: 216.68.47. |

1st Sgt Trigit, What have you dont lately to deserve a promotion? I'm not trying to cut you down or anything but perhaps I am a little mis-informed since I haven't gotten ANY submissions from your squad for the campaign. You received a promotion based on your personal activity (which you deserved and earned). However, all of your future promotions are based on the activity of those you command. I WILL NOT be authorizing any promotions of anyone who is barely active. Oh, and sitting in a IRC channel chatting is not considered active unless you are in a role-playing game of some sort. This goes for anyone who is a Squad(ron) commander all the way up to Prefect and Fleet Commander. If you are in a commanding position you will ONLY be promoted based on the activity of your subordinates. One last thing, Grand Moff Kadann, Moff Threeof4, and myself are also depending on the activity of our subordinates for any future promotions. Until the Vast Empire changes for the better (yes I got high goals, hehe) it will not see a Grand Admiral, Emperor, or whatever everyone decides at the time. So I am not saying something that I am not living by myself. If there are any questions regarding this let me know. ------------------ IP: 208.192.60.20 |

Crysus, I've made a couple changes to the roster. Pretty well what you had done, but I'll send it to you when ever you are online the next time. What ever happened to the RPG department? I'd like to see that start up in the Army. We could really start some activity with that in the Campaign. I could think of a person that would probably be a good head of it too. I think that if we scheduled a day and let everyone know about it like 1 week a head of time that we would get a good turn out in participation. Just some thoughts though. ----------- IP: 208.129.162.11 |

Uh . . . if you are not going to authorize any promotions . . . how will Crysus set up new Squad Leaders? IP: 24.237.60.18 |

Promotions are authorized for those that have earned them (by General Crysus). If a perticular person has not earned the promotion then they will not be promoted. If they have they will be promoted. Dont put more into this than there already is. Do a good job then get promoted, do an OK job and sit where you are at, dont do a good job and get demoted. Not that hard to understand. ------------------ IP: 208.192.60.20 |
