Greetings Vast Empire Army members,
I am your new Prefect, and as my first order of business, I have decided to send out a nice little AWOL check. This will be sent out as soon as my new Commander of Personnel, Athran, gets me a list of e-mails. This may take a while considering that recruits have been backing up for a while. You will have exactly one week to reply to the e-mail stating that you will be active in the Army, or you will be placed on the reserves list. This is quite simple, the Army will be active, and you will be active, or you will not be part of the Army.

Brigadier General Athran has been promoted to Commander of Personnel and has been given the rank of Major General. Congratulations Athran, thank you for your dedication and hard work. From now on all promotions and other things will need to be CC�ed to Athran.

Former Prefect Sesswanna had officially become my assistant. He will aid me in my duties as Prefect, and anything he says will have my backing. He retains his rank of High General.
