What I want to know is why the PS2 is evil. Not that I'm rolling around in enough cash to run out and buy one today, but this is kind of a loose argument. Well, let's see. 1 PS2 has better grafix 2 PS2 only has a few games out now and they are great 3 PS2 has a DVD player (I know Fury said that already) 4 PS2 isn't a Sega product so it can't be too bad  ------------------ IP: 64.45.137. |

Heh, well a few of the people know I have PS2 and Dreamcast. I will give Shenmue to you Japer, it is godly. But think of the games it has now! Tekken Tag Tournament - It's graphics are godly, it surpasses all of the other Tekken's. Midnight Club Street Racing - A racing RPG! You race other people and gangs going through Tokyo's streets at night to win their cars! You can't beat that. (Originally Racing Lagoon on PS1, not released in US) Armored Core 2 - Need I say more? SSX - Coolboarders? What's coolboarders? Ridge Racer V - Great launch game to get everyone hyped for GT2K. Fantavision - Not a bad game at all. Fun for parties. You make your own firework displays. It may sound corny, but don't knock it till you've played it Fifa 2001 - Again, need I say more? Orphen - Ahhhh... the first PS2 RPG. Well, and Summoner. Heh. Now enough with the little descriptions, here's a full list of available games for PS2 Mr Japer. Aqua Aqua: Wetrix Two Uhm, not enough games for launch Japer? What are you smoking? Oh, and I think since it has failed to be mentioned thus far, "Sony's Playstation 2 had the largest launch in game history. The system sold more copies than Nintendo's 64 and Sega's Dreamcast combined" But let us take a look into the future...
There are so many others I can't name, but god... Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. It will be the revolution my friends. It will, mark my words. That game will spark something hidden away in everyone. Now that my ranting is over, maybe you will have a different outlook on PS2 Japer. Just maybe... still i suport dreamcast and not play station 2 for one thing it does cost 2 much. and theres nothing really that wrong with sega even though genisis was a waste.and eva isent a person its ever ------------------ IP: 24.178.66.15 |

You also forgot that any games for psx can be played on PS2 with much better graphics. That adds hundreds of titles. Metal Gear Solid with better graphics? I'd say PS2 outguns Dreamcast by far. my little voice in i big world that doesn't care. ------------------ IP: 152.163.213.21 |

You're saying PS2 has NO games? Well, if you knew anything about videogame systems and their launches... You would know that Sony Playstation 2 had the BIGGEST launch EVER for Video game systems with 30, count them 30, games at launch date.... Dremcast had only 15... Also several of these games are hailed to be the best in the genre ever... Such as Madden NFL 2001 on the PS2 is being called the best football game ever.... SSX the best snowboarding one ever... Dead or Alive 2:HardCore the best fighting ever.. etc... Plus on the PS2 you can play ANY original PSX game or use and original PSX accessories on it. Can the dreamcast play any saturn game or saturn accessories?? NO! PS2 can play DVDs... Can dreamcast? nope. These are just a few of the reason why the Sony Playstation 2 is much better. THE BEST FOOTBALL GAME TO K ONE IS THE GREATEST FOOTBALL GAME BY FARE. And another thing wheres the shenmue and the crzy taxi, toom raider chronicals and resident evil CODE VERONICA and nba 2k and 2k 1 and house of the dead 2. Got that the reason there arent that many games is because it had such ausome graphics it took a little longer to make them. but with the being able to play playstaion and dvds is a point.
