Lorn
A lot has happened in the last few days in the Lorn System. Last weeks explosion is still baffling security. High General Spartacus has asked that if anyone knows of any information about the terrorist act to please let him know immediately by either message or reporting it to the nearest security station. In other news Field Marshal Majere has recalled the SSD Mustang from the Vonsam System. FM Majere left his entire escort of 4 VSD�s, 2 Frigates, and a dozen corvettes to protect the Vonsam System until Fleet Admiral Niksavel and establish a more permanent presence. The recent recall has helped diminish the increasing criminal activity since the Vast Empire�s Dark Jedi are also stationed on the Mustang. Finally, I have received an unusual report from Warden Parko, Warden for the prison located in the capitol of Lorn, has reported that one of his prisoners had been killed. What makes this sound strange is that the prisoner was hacked to death and an unknown weapon. After an intense investigation into the incident nobody can seem to explain his or her location during the time that the murder was taking place. The video recordings for the entire prison had also been melted beyond recognition. Warden Parko is also asking to know if anyone knows what happened to please see him immediately. The dead prisoners name is being withheld until the family members can be located and informed.
Erewhon
A sudden increase in arrests has been going on lately in the Erewhon System. Most of the smugglers attribute this to the return of the SSD Mustang to the Lorn System.
Gracchus
The prisoners in last weeks raid is being transferred a prison barge where it will be heading to the Prison located in the Erewhon System. There HG Spartacus will send a team of investigators to find out what the prisoners know.
Rilke
Today Tolk Gibsic is being transferred to the local prison where he will wait for transport to the prison in the Erewhon System. Tolk Gibsic has been sentenced with life with parole after 40 years. A local citizen that I interviewed has stated that he is glad the whole trail is over with so that he can get his life back to normal. Tolk is also under intense guard because of his suicidal tendencies.
Rodin
As with the Lorn System, the Rodin System is starting to calm down tremendously. This is due to news that the ISD-II Devastator (Naval Flagship) is en-route to the system. Also in today�s news, Kathrin Plalsk won the governor�s seat for the Rodin System. In her inaugural speech she stated that she would work on regaining the trust that her predecessor had lost. The polls have indicated that these elections had the lowest voter turnout in 39 years.
Vonsam
The recent departure of the SSD Mustang has left an empty feeling in the citizens of Vonsam even though a large taskforce had been left in the system to help protect it. The local police is already increasing security in the system, expecting a large rise in terrorist and rebel activities.
Vol
In today�s news the Vol System conflict is expected to end this weekend. According to my source in the New Republic they are expected to retreat to as yet undisclosed system near Vol. Two more New Republic capitol ships have been lost in its fight against the New Imperium.

NI
I have not received any news today concerning the New Imperium.
