Greetings. I would like to direct your attention to the following site:

X-Wing Vs. TIE Fighter SQUAD WAR

This is a tourney being set up for XvT, where participating squadrons attempt to take over the galaxy, piece by piece. Squadrons who join are assigned a location as their starting place and from there, challenge other squads for control of neighboring locations, spreading through the galaxy.

This type of tourney will really allow true alliances to be used, you can hire Mercenaries, Bounty Hunters to take out "problem" enemy pilots, etc.

The Squad War site is pretty much finished. Everything people need to know about it is up, and sign-ups are open.

Squad War officially launches on Friday, September 8. I need you guys to let as many people as possible know about it, and get other squads to sign up! It's in our own best interest to do so. The more squads sign up, the more fun it will be for all of us.

20 Squadrons have joined already. Now, let's get others in there!
