As some of you might know (or have realized) when participating in the Outer Rim War we stand no chance of ever wining a night. Especially now that the Emperors Hammer is involved. The RS and the EH are just to big for us. Well my complaining along with a couple of other complaints from clubs as small as us have made some drastic progress. Effective immediately the Vast Empire is in a coalition with the following clubs: Star Vipers,Emperors Edge,and New Republic Together we stand a great chance at winning a night of competition. Now, IF the coalition wins a night the club within the coalition with the most points actually wins the system. So for example: Lets say that the Coalition wins next Sat. However, the Vast Empire has more points than the SV, EE, and NR. The Vast Empire would be declared the winners of the night. So now I am pleased to say that we are on better grounds with the larger clubs. We now stand a chance at coming out of this conflict as winners. So I want EVERYONE who can play MP games to PLEASE continue to participate in the OR War as much as possible (remember - if you loose a game you are still winners in the Vast Empire because you showed your loyalty, dedication, and activity. I would much rather get zero points and see us participate the most then get a lot of points with only a couple of us playing). Although our goal is to beat out the other smaller clubs like ourselves my personal goal is still to beat out the Rebel Squadrons in overall points. Good luck Vast Empire Warriors! Why are we flying and fighting with rebels? i know it helps us but as an imperial i don;t like te idea of being on the same side as rebs, personal opinion, but i think it is probably sheared by the masses ------------------ IP: 64.12.103.3 |

It was decided that the NR would be in the coalition with us due to the fact that they are small like us. They are the only rebel club so if we kept it just imperial it would be 3 smaller clubs and we would pretty much force the NR out of the OR War which isn't something I really want to do. So, suck it up guys...we will be playing along-side them for the time being. If we can get a couple more rebel clubs to join the OR War then we can split them off. We fly against everyone. The only thing that changes is that the points are totaled to see how many points the coalition has. Then whoever in the coalition has the most points wins the night. That is unless one of the 2 larger clubs wins the night. ------------------ IP: 208.191.145.14 |
