Attention Vast Empire Members!

You all know Grand Moff Threeof4 as a co-founder. He was here when the Vast Empire was started and he is here today. The man I call a friend has only 1 more step to make.

Therefore, effective immediately Grand Moff Threeof4 is hereby promoted to the rank of Field Marshal and Head of the High Council for the Vast Empire. I have been offered, and I have accepted FM Threeof4's old seat on the High Council as third in command. I will be retaining my one third ownership of the Vast Empire along with FM Threeof4 and GM Kadann. In addition to my new position I have also accepted a demotion in rank to Sector Admiral.

I wish my friend, Field Marshal Threeof4 the best of luck in his new position. I hope all of you can give FM Threeof4 the same respect and cooperation as you have given to me.
