Everyone,

Due to a RL divorce that I am going through, and the fact that I am finishing up my MCSE certification; I am going to once again give the reigns of the Vast Empire to Grand Moff Threeof4. I will still be around to do my part but right now I need to concentrate mostly on RL stuff instead of being in charge of the Vast Empire. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I ask that you give GM Threeof4 the same courtosy that you have given to me thus far. If there are any questions let me know.

Again, I will still be taking care of the projects that I am working on. I am just stepping away from the approval/disaproval role of being the Head of the High Council for a while.
