This training technique is of my own creation:

When in an IP game or anygame, have about ten Troopers fighting at once.
Here's the catch/point. When a trooper gets shot and dies, he/she has to stay dead until the game is ended.
He/she who stands alive and all else have died, is the winner.
This is an effective training technique, and I think should be condsidered in training for troops.

Find a trainee that can support a 10 person multiplayer game.
