Also members of the High Council that are unable to attend meetings, are REQUIRED, to send me reports by Saturday evening so that I can arrange to have your report given during the meeting. If you are going to attend the meeting, I will still need reports from the leaders of the Army and the Navy by Sunday evening. Thanks:

-Surface_Marshal_Spartacus- I am currently updating the Imperial Officer's Commission Test along with the help of GM Threeof4.
-Surface_Marshal_Spartacus- The next version of the text will contain somewhere between 60-75 questions.
-Surface_Marshal_Spartacus- It will also be PHP driven.
-Surface_Marshal_Spartacus- The Office of Council Sec will also be updating the Vast Empire Naval training courses.
-Surface_Marshal_Spartacus- Our main goal is to make them PHP driven rather than their current standard of having the tests sent via the POP3 accounts within browsers.
-Surface_Marshal_Spartacus- Finally, on the matter of a certain Rear Admiral Surge entering our channel . . .
