-Kiption- well first things first.
-Kiption- Good news
-Kiption- I have it on good authority that Majere will be returning to his position as head of the Vast Empire within the month.
-Kiption- Bad News
-Kiption- I have no idea when Kadann plans on returning from his sabatical
-Kiption- Now for my report.
-Kiption- The Roster program is about 25% finished, I'm having problems working on it because my professors find it funny to shove all my tests in the same two weeks.
-Kiption- once the roster is finished, the next thing that will be completed will be the Battle Board.
-Kiption- I'm currently waiting for Kadann to finish working on the admin sections for the new bank script, once he finishes that, I will begin working on the casino.
-Kiption- Ok, now for the Coun Sec report,
-Kiption- since Flask isn't here right now
-Kiption- i'll do that as well.
-Kiption- Flask is currently looking into alegations that were made against several Members of the Navy High Council. He is also investigating several former members
-Kiption- of the Army Intelligence Division.
-Kiption- Chapter 2 of the Vast Empire Storyline is proceeding nicely until it was accidentally deleted by Daishi's little cousin. This has set work back about a month.
-Kiption- Now for the navy report, which will also be given by me.
-Kiption- The navy roster has been completed and is now posted on the navy's website
-Kiption- The new manual is nearing completion, (about 95% completed).
-Kiption- Everything is proceeding as planned for the Omega Campaign, the roster for it is on the message boards.
-Kiption- RA (U) Paan has earned the psotion of FO, AD Schnapps will remain as his adjucant.
-Kiption- The new rank changes that are posted in the manual will go into effect next week, (these changes are shown on the new roster).
-Kiption- the mSSD Mustang is now open for squadron assignments, and the Crusader has been decommisioned until it is need again.
-Kiption- I have been asked to tell all navy members to check the roster to find out what fleet and what ship they are on.
-Kiption- Now for the army part of the meeting
-Kiption- which will be given by Athran :-)
-Kiption- Athran if you please

-Athran- 1st off is the Imperial Omega Campaign
-Athran- The Army is very ready for this, but we are just waiting for the naval squads and team leaders to be assigned
-Athran- ok, well scratch that
-Athran- Since the teams have been assigned we will just be waiting for the naval post to the story
-Athran- And after that the teams will have to floor to battle it out
-Athran- 2nd is the CoT position and academy progression
-Athran- With Trigit's retire from the position we haven't found a replacement for him yet, but are narrowing our choices down
-Athran- And for any of you who know how many trainees are in the academy (around 50) we will be taking care of this, and soon will be getting a lot of the trainees through and ready for duty
-Athran- hopefully we will have the academy up and running by the end of next week
-Athran- As for the paychecks of hte Army members
-Athran- I know a lot of your accounts are outdated.
-Athran- We will be working deligently to get these updated, and keep them updated.
-Athran- You'll have to bear w/ me (I'll be the one updating them) but eventually they will all be up to date w/ the roster located at (www.the-federation.org/Misc/Vast_Empire_Army/onlineroster.htm
-Athran- if you really need your account updated, just give me an email, I'll get around to it after I can

-Athran- that's pretty well the extent of the news in the Army

-Anakin- with the new trainees when will the new platoon be starting
-Athran- Whenever we get squad 4 completely full. After that we will be putting the recruits in Platoon 2
-Athran- and the squads in platoon 2
-Anakin- will it be a competition or promotions that will determine who is commanding the new platoon
-Athran- Overall activity, and leadership ability will probably be the deciding factors
-Anakin- ok
-Athran- What I mean in leadership ability is
-Athran- Getting in contact with your troops and your commanding officers, ability to create webpages, etc
