Well I have to admit its the Squad Leaders, Squadron Commanders, and the Cabbel Leaders! Your activity is pertinent to the Vast Empire's success or failure. We may be tough on you at times, but you have the greatest job in the Vast Empire and receive the greatest rewards. Yes you don't have the highest rank, but if you ask any of the High Command officers they can attest that most of the IC awards are given out to those that are not in the High Command. So it's very easy for someone with low rank to earn more IC's and receive more awards than a High Command Officer. Where a High Command officer is expected to be active or he/she will loose his/her job. A Leader/Commander's high amount of activity means that they will be very richly rewarded. So it's up to YOU to make the Vast Empire what you want it to be.
