Major General Athran is hereby promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General effective immediately. He has completed his Executive Officer training and is continuing his training to properly run the Army on his own as Acting Prefect. Upon completion of this training he shall receive the rank of General.

I took it upon myself to promote him because you are currently and officially on leave. It was my decision based upon my observance of his past duties.

As for the General rank, I am still evaluating him for that rank as stated in my previous message post.
