This message is mostly for those in the Army that clearly cannot understand how things work. This is also for those few individuals that love to try and put thoughts and words into the minds of those higher ranking - and try to spread those thoughts to others as fact. I really hate having to address this policy again. I would think that my policies get placed in the manuals as soon as I make them.

Let me also state that everyone can do anybodys job with the proper training, activity, and desire. So don't think that you can threaten me with retirement and have that affect me. I just dont care. We all are in the Vast Empire to have some fun. So lets drop these nonsense rumors once and for all. This is the last time I am going to address this policy. Afterwards I am going to leave it up to the Division leaders to enforce it.

Anyway, here is how I expect punishment to be handed out:

1) All punishments will be dealt with via e-mail. It shall be handed out by the Division Leader, courtosy copy to the Head of the High Council, and sent ONLY to that person who is to be punished. This falls in line with the, "Praise in Public and Punish in Private" order. Under no circumstances will punishments be sent to anyone other than these 3 individuals.

2) All minor offenses (such as disobeying a direct order, breaking policy, etc) will be dealt with by a reprimand. That reprimand shall be issued by the Division Leader and a courtosy copy given to the Head of the High Council. That reprimand should state what the offense was and how to go about not making the same mistake twice. After 30 days the reprimand shall be dropped. In addition to the reprimand the offenders pay can be docked (ie: a certain amount of IC's removed). However, pay should not be docked unless it is a serious minor offense. If the offender breaks the same rule again the reprimand shall be escalated to the following:

3) All major offenses (to include breaking reprimand) shall be dealt with by an immediate demotion of no greater than 2 ranks. In addition that persons pay will be siezed. Once again handed out by the Division Leader and a courtosy copy given to the Head of the High Council. If the offender repeats the offense the following will happen:

4) In the extreme case's that demotion does not work that person must be banned from the Vast Empire. Only the Head of the High Council has authority to ban people from the Vast Empire. Ban's range from permanent to a period of no less than 30 days.

I certainly hope this clears up a few things. If not please e-mail me and I will help you understand this better.

Um, I was just wondering like what exactly caused this post?? Your first two paragraphs are ambiguous to me.

Muwahaha, lucky I am going on vacation or I would probably have ended up updating the army manual.

Then again, I think Craff would, hmm. Poor Craff :P
