hey everyone - i am wondering if there is a good graphics (free) program that i can download from somewhere. i want to be able to convert .bmp's to .gif's and do some minor editing. it dont have to be all fancy but my requirement is that its free and not subject to some stupid 90 by or the program never works thing. thank you...
