Greetings, Just now I have added a new fleet to the VE Bank called, "Mercenaries." This fleet was specifically designed for me to control the bank accounts for everyone that takes part in VE events (such as the battle board) and wants a bank account. Only GM Kadann, Moff Threeof4, and myself can manage this new fleet so if anyone wants to sign up for a bank account (and you are not a VE member) please e-mail me. Mercenaries do not get a monthly paycheck. The only way they can get more IC's is to take part in VE events or contribute in some way to the success of the Vast Empire.
