Effective today CEO Threeof4 is hereby given the rank and title of "Moff, of the Lorn System." He also has just as much control over the Vast Empire as myself and Grand Moff Kadann. This promotion is inline with his loyalty to the Vast Empire, his status as a Co-Founder, and the hard work that he has done.
