Effective immediately Admiral Atrus is now officially the SCCOM and second in command of the VE Navy. Also, since Admiral Scarecrow is away right now Admiral Atrus is the acting Fleet Commander. Admiral Jackal will assume Admiral Atrus' position. I have asked Atrus to get the Navy going, get a new roster out, and I have asked Grand Master Kadann to send Atrus all of the new recruits for immediate placement in the squadrons. Admiral Atrus has a big job ahead of him right now so please give him your full support as he attempts to get the Navy back on track. Alrighty then, I'll get to work on those last 10 remaining missions A.S.A.P. then. Projected completion date is estimated to be Apiril 1st.
