1) All graphics can be done free-hand or computer software graphics.
2) All submittals should be about the Campaign Prologue Story or it will not be counted as a submittal.
3) All submittals can be submitted to me at [email protected] but I would prefer that it be posted here. All graphic submittals will be posted here by myself.
4) Rules are subject to change by the VE High Council at any time and without notice.
