1) All submittals can by made by any VE member as long as that persons full ID is included with the e-mail.
2) Fiction will be graded on acuracy, content, interesting, grammer, and spelling.
3) All fiction must at least be 1 MS Office page long or it will not be counted as a submittal.
4) All fiction must correspond to the Campaign Prologue Story or it will not be counted as a submittal.
5) All of these rules are subject to change by the VE High Council
6) Bonus points will be awarded for a submittal made by a Squad/Squadron (5 members) or higher.
