It is coming to be a problem with our members complaining in public instead of my direct orders to everyone to do it in private.

If anyone threatens you, offends you, or anything of that nature you are to contact your divisional leader immediately (in the case of the High Council, contact me).

Don't worry about retaliations from those that you complain about. There are many ways to not only protect you online but offline as well.

The Vast Empire WILL NOT!!! and I repeat WILL NOT!!! publicly bash, humiliate, etc another person, fleet, or club because of a problem that they have caused to you. If you have a legitimate complaint then make it to me. I treat each case on an individual basis and I WILL treat it fairly.

To many people are complaining in public. My stance has always been to ignore any complaint made in public. We are all gentlemen and ladies and we will continue to act accordingly.

So if you want to complain then all you gotta do is send your complaint and proof of evidence directly to me or my XO, GM Kadann. Thank you and lets hope that this message gets accross to everyone.
