Both are now working and online. I encourage anyone and everyone to go ahead and use the bank (link off of the main website) and store. If you do not have an account yet please contact your commander and he/she will make sure that you get one. Also, this months pay has been given out. Talking of the bank . . . My entire account seems to have been erased. When I enter my password, I get the "access denied" screen . . .
