It has come to my attention that I have not been giving out any awards to those that deserve it. War awards will be discussed at todays meeting but here are some awards for your normal everyday duties (keep in mind I might modify a couple of these awards for the war). I need some graphic artists to make some awards so that I can modify the following document to what the graphic looks like.

The Vast Empire Medal of Honor - This medal is the highest medal that can be awarded to a member of the Vast Empire. This medal is given out to those members who have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt their loyalty, honor, and dedication to the Vast Empire and it's development. The bearer of this medal has proven himself/herself to the Vast Empire and is to be shown with a tremendous amount of respect at all times no matter what rank or position that individual has. This medal can be recommended by anyone in the Vast Empire's High Council but only the Head of the High Council (in the case of the Head of the High Council receives this award, it must be approved by the Executive Officer) may approve and award this medal. The recipient of this medal has the destinct honor of wearing this medal at all times and in any type of uniform. ID line: {MoH}
1 - GM Kadann

The Royal Crest Medallion - This medal is given out to those individuals who have exemplified themselves in service to the Vast Empire. This medal is the second highest award that can be given out to a member of the Vast Empire and is the highest award a non-VE member may receive. This award is usually given out to someone who has drastically changed the Vast Empire in a positive way. A good example would be a complete restructure of the Vast Empire Army or an alliance was made to improve the Vast Empire's stature. This medal can be recommended by anyone in the Vast Empire's High Council but may only be approved by the Head of the High Council (in the case the Head of the High Council receives this award, it must be approved by the Executive Officer). ID line: {RCM}
1 - FA Von Reinthaler

The Vast Empire Seal - The Royal Crest is given out to those individuals who exemplify him/herself in the performance of their duties. A good example of this medal would be where a Naval pilot competed in a competition either within the Vast Empire or one of it's allies and won; or where an Army Trooper entered a competition and won; or even a member submitting numerous webpages, graphics, fiction, etc for the Vast Empire as a whole. This medal can be recommended by anyone in the High Council but must be approved by either the Head of the High Council or the Executive Officer. ID line: {VES}
1 - VA Niksavel

The Eagle's Claw Medallion - The Eagle's Claw is given out to those members who have recruited a lot of people for the Vast Empire as a whole. Although no specific number is announced only those who have significantly recruited members for the Vast Empire will be awarded this medallion. This medallion may be recommended by anyone in the High Council and may only be approved by the Head of the High Council or the Executive Officer. ID line: {ECM}

The Top Gun Award (also known as the Warrior award for JK games) - This award is given out to those members who have won a competition within the Vast Empire. This award is mainly for competitions that anyone in the Vast Empire may compete in. This award also has pendants on it depending on what type of competition it was. Example: Tie Figher pendent for piloting, stormtroopers helmet pendent for ground-based, scroll pendent for fiction, and a stormtrooper blaster pendent for RPG-based competitions. This award may be recommended by the specific game master and it must be approved by the Head of the High Council or the Executive Officer. This award is awarded by the Game Master. ID line: JK={JK Warrior} T/F={T/F Top Gun} XvsT={XvT Top Gun} XWA={XWA Top Gun}

In addition to these awards the following clusters are available. Clusters are small pendents that are worn on the specific award. All clusters may be recommended by a High Council member but must be approved by the Head of the High Council or his Executive Officer.

If a member receives more than one award they may place on their award, medal, or medallion a bronze star up to 4 bronze stars.

Once a member receives 4 bronze stars, one their next award they will receive a Silver Star up to 4 Silver Stars.

Once a member receives 4 silver stars they are awarded a gold star. Once receiving a gold star the member is not authorized to receive anymore stars. Only 1 gold star may be worn on an award.

The Valor cluster (bronze letter V) is awarded to that member that shows tremendous valor that goes above and beyond an award. An example would be the Top Gun Award where a pilot not only wins the competition but wins with a big margin.

Keep in mind that these awards are VE-neutral awards. The Army and Navy Divisions have their own award system. If you are in the High Command and feel that you deserve one of these awards then fill out an application for one and send it to your commander, that person will forward the request to me with his/her recommendation. Any questions let me know.
