I hear a lot of complaining about how come the meetings are at such a bad time and that nobody can attend at the specified time. I have always wanted to have 2 meetings. 1 is where I will attend and conduct the meeting and the second one will be specialized for our people accross the water from the US. The first meeting is every tuesday at 6pm US Eastern time but I need suggestions for the second meeting. If I can get a majority of people to attend the second meeting I can make sure that a High Council officer attends to that he/she can make sure that my notes get's announced. Well, first of all I think the meetings should be on week-ends, to avoid school and school nights and all. The best times would be around 3 or 4 PM EST (only on Saturday) and before 3 PM EST on Sundays. The nCSA meetings for example are at 2 PM EST on Saturdays. No, I do not think so. The majority of individuals in USA only time to be free is the weekends. Their schedule being filled with other events during those two days. Possibly Friday night would be better, because people can stay up later having no school tommorow. Weekend phone rates are a lot lower for me, that's why a weekend would be better, or Friday night - if it's after midnight GMT, I get 1p a minute phone rates. Also, as far as I can remember, Friday night is wne #Vast_Empire is busiest, so a meeting then is likely to have a higher turnout. Personally I'd prefer if I had an afternoon meeting, because my weekend nights are always ... *busy* going out with friends and such, so I don't think I could ever make a 3-7 PM EST meetings at weekends. Don't talk to me about ju-jitsu classes, it will only depress me  My green belt is languishing in my wardrobe, the second I get back from my holiday, remind me to return to my dojo ~sigh~ Back to the topic of meetings, is there a database of meeting logs anywhere?
