Yes you may have ops. Grand Moff Kadann is the owner of the channels so he can add you to the list. All High Council members (whether voting or non-voting members) are allowed to have SOPS (except the Advisors who get AOPS) and all High Command members are allowed AOPS. If you need ops or you want your ops status upgraded please let GM Kadann know when he returns. Any questions let me know. Thank you...

All SOPS can add people to chanserv to be op'd. However, SOPS can only add people to the AOP list. I am the only one who can add SOPS.
So, If you need SOPS, and don't have it yet, let me know. Any SOP can add ppl to the AOP list to be op'd in the channel.
If you don't know what you are, type:
/msg chanserv why #Vast_Empire YOUR_NICK_NAME
This will tell you your status in the VE channel.
